Silent Monitor Support

b+s Connects for SAP supports Unified CM Silent Monitoring. b+s Connects for SAP allows Silent Monitoring capabilities. However, b+s Connects for SAP doesn’t offer supervisor functionality of Silent Monitoring.

Please note the following requirements, versions and limitations for this functionality:

• SAP ICWC will not receive any notification that call is being monitored.
• SAP ICWC does not see call events related to the silent monitor call.
• SAP agent should use a hard phone. Types are listed below.
