This product connects SAP ICI 3.07 which is part of the SAP Interaction Center. The outbound solution requires SAPphone (RFC) >= 5.04 . SAP S/4HANA does not support campaign (as of November 2025).

  • VMware ESX/ESXi 5.x, 6.0, 6.5, 6.7
• Connects for SAP requires the Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Redistributable Package (x86) and requires the Microsoft Visual C++ 2017 Redistributable Package (x86) (not required for CRMConnectorOutboundSAP).
