Minidump

Usually a minidump file generated by b+s Connects for SAP. This document provides the necessary steps to configure that the windows system writes a minidump.

Change in Connects for SAP configuration file

Please insert the following key if not exist.

Relevant Configuration in CRMConnectorSAP_SAP.ini

[Config]
...
WriteDumpFile=0
...

Changes in Registry

Open the registry folder

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\Windows Error Reporting\LocalDumps\

Create new Key with name form the executable file: CRMConnectorSAP.exe

Open this folder and create new ‘expandable string value’ with name ‘DumpFolder’:

“DumpFolder”
“C:\ProgramData\BucherSuter\logfiles\MCAforSAP\CRMConnectorSAP”

Create new ‘DWORD’ with name ‘DumpType’:

“DumpType”
“1”

Following values are available:

1. DumpType
2. Full dump
