Drop Any Conference Participant

The agent who is the owner of a conference can drop any other conference participant by selecting its number on the SAP ICWC’s conference dial pad.

The following requirements must be met to use the drop any conference participant feature:

• CTI Server registry setting “DropAnyPartyEnabled” must be set to “1”
• JTAPI INI parameter “DropAnyPartyEnabled” must be set to “TRUE” (enabled by default)
• CUCM Advanced AdHoc Conference Enabled must be set to “TRUE”
