b+s Partner Messaging for Webex Connect connects Salesforce Bring Your Own Channel (BYOC) for Messaging with Webex Connect, enabling message exchange between the two systems. Customer messages from channels managed by Webex Connect are passed into Salesforce and agent responses from Salesforce are routed back through Webex Connect to the customer’s channel.
