Uninstall the package

A BYOOTT package can be uninstalled as long as its Messaging Channels are de-activated and unlinked from their Conversation Channel Definition record.

Uninstall b+s Partner Messaging for Webex Connect​

  • Open Setup > Messaging Settings
  • Click on the active Messaging Channel created from the b+s Partner Messaging for Webex Connect package
  • On the top right of the page, click on the arrow next to "Active" and click on "Deactivate"
  • In the Messaging Settingssection, click on the Edit button
  • The unlink icon appears next to the Conversation Channel Definition field
  • Click on the unlink icon
  • A dialog with title Unlink Conversation Channel Definition? opens, click on Unlink button
  • Click on the Save button

Uninstall the package​

  • Open Setup > Installed Packages
  • Click on Uninstall next to the b+s Partner Messaging for Webex Connect package
