Create and upload a log file

In the event of unexpected behavior or errors when using b+s Connects for Microsoft Dynamics, agents can upload log files to inform the support team.

Step 1: Go to the option menu in the header and click "Send Error Report".

If the upload to Microsoft Dynamics or Finesse is successful, a confirmation message will be displayed.
