Troubleshooting

Common checks

  • Verify Integration API is enabled in the active b+s Configuration.
  • Make sure the component is placed in the same Lightning App where the b+s Softphone is loaded.
  • For Utility Bar items, ensure Start Automatically is checked so events are received in the background.
  • Make sure that the custom Lightning Message Channel exists, is deployed, and the name matches the value configured in b+s Configuration.

Logs and support info

  • Use browser console for LWC errors.
  • Check b+s Softphone logs for Integration API events.
  • For Cisco-side issues (Realtime View, Supervisor controls), verify Finesse/CCX/CCE connectivity and credentials.
