Finesse user sign out channel mode
A new Administrator CLI to address Media channels sign-out functionality has been introduced with the Finesse 11.5(1)ES06 and 11.6(1) ES04 releases.
The CLI utils finesse user_signout_channel
is used by the Administrator to configure the media channels from which the users will be signed out.
The default value of Finesse is “2” and should be changed. It is recommended to use the option “1” (signout user from voice channel). When option “2” or option “a” is used, it is not possible to separately deactivate the voice channel, and, when the agent uses the “deactivate all channels” button, error messages are logged and displayed to the agent.
