The Monitoring report contains the following pages:
Data Monitoring
The data availability shows how many records are available in the different data tables including the availability period.
The data freshness illustrates how long it takes to write or update a Webex dataset into the CCBI datamart. The refresh process runs every 15 minutes.
Service Monitoring
The service availability shows how often the datamart can read and write data and therefore can refresh the data in the Power BI workspace.
The service consumption illustrates the subscribed and active users based on the licensing model for the Contact Center and for Calling.
Named users: How many users were active during the last 30 days. The determination period for the last 30 days of each day is shown as "Active Users".
Concurrent agents: How many agents were active at the same 15-minute interval. The max. value of each day is shown as "Active Users".
The availability of the Power BI workspace itself depends on the infrastructure provided by the Microsoft Power BI licensing of the customer.
