SQL Managed Instance

Shared instances are available for instant deployments.

Dedicated instances are built from scratch in the existing datacenters based on customer request.

SQL Datamart

The SQL Datamart of a customer will be installed by b+s during the onboarding process and based on the prerequisites delivered by the project manager.

Power BI Semantic Model and Reports

As soon as the SQL Datamart of a customer is ready and the initial data load has completed, the datasets and reports can be deployed at the customer's side.

A session will be organized, during which the Power BI administrator of the customer and b+s will go through this process of downloading the files, installing Power BI Desktop, connecting to the SQL Datamart and publishing the solution in the customer's workspace.

Also the security topics of granting access to the workspaces and assigning security roles for data segregation will be explained during this session.
