CCBI reports are bundled for the roles Manager, Supervisor, User and Data analyst.

Every role has a different focus on filtering historical data and needs different visualization options. CCBI offers a set of useful content for every role, perfectly adjusted for the main purpose and filter settings:

Manager, Supervisor and User reports have the full historical depth available, even if the focus is normally related to a shorter period. Data analysts use a separate dataset containing all technical Ids, timestamps and numbers but with a limited historical depth of 100 days. For long-term and last year comparison reporting, they must use the Manager report.
