Role Definition
CCBI reports are bundled for the roles Manager, Supervisor, User and Data analyst.
Every role has a different focus on filtering historical data and needs different visualization options. CCBI offers a set of useful content for every role, perfectly adjusted for the main purpose and filter settings:
Manager, Supervisor and User reports have the full historical depth available, even if the focus is normally related to a shorter period. If the anonymous datasets and reports are used, those users have no agent specific reports available and are not able to evaluate the behaviour or performance of individual employees.
Data analysts use a separate dataset containing all technical Ids, timestamps and numbers but with a limited historical depth of 100 days. For long-term and last year comparison reporting, they must use the Manager report.
