My Agent Settings

Deprecation warning

Starting with the 'Cheetah' release, the use of b+s Connects for ServiceNow with Cisco Webex Contact Centers is deprecated.

Instead, please use the 'Cisco Webex Contact Center' integration from Cisco for new deployments.

When My Agent Settings in the Option Menu in the upper right corner of the gadget is clicked on, the following view opens in ServiceNow:

My Agent Settings

The following settings are available:

  1. Contact Center Type: The type of agent. An admin can choose between Finesse and WxCC.
  2. User: The ServiceNow user to which the Contact Center Agent belongs to.
  3. Contact Center: The Contact Center to which the agent connects to.
  4. Service Layout: The Service Layout the agent uses.
  5. Extension: The Cisco Finesse or WxCC agent extension.
  6. Color Theme: Choose between Light and Dark mode.
  7. Enable Automatic Screen Pop: If enabled, the located ServiceNow record will be opened automatically on incoming calls.
  8. Enable Desktop Notifications: Specify whether desktop notifications are displayed or not.

Changes to these settings are not automatically applied. To apply configuration changes to the gadget, the page must be reloaded.
