Find Auxiliary Codes

For details concerning setting auxiliary codes, follow these steps:

• Log into the Management Portal
• Navigate to Provisioning > Auxiliary Codes
• Make sure that the Idle Codes are displayed, otherwise click Idle Codes at the top of the page

Auxiliary Code ID

In the picture above an example list of auxiliary codes can be seen.

The IDs can be copied and then used for the Presence State Mapping configuration. One of the IDs has to be used as the Default Cisco Not Ready Reason.
