State Control

Login

Login

  1. Enter agent ID or name.
  2. Enter agent password.
  3. Enter agent extension.

If the omni status shows Offline even after logging in, change it to any Busy or Available status. The login should work but the omni status may not change due to the timing.

Mobile Agent Login

Mobile Agent Login

  1. Enter agent ID or name.
  2. Enter agent password.
  3. Enter agent extension.

Step 1, 2 and 3 are similar to the normal login.

  1. Check the checkbox to enable mobile agent.
  2. Select a mobile agent mode.
  3. Enter a dial number in your regional format.

Change Agent State

State Change

  1. Open the Omni-Channel state dropdown.
  2. Choose the state to enter.

Logout

  1. Open the Omni-Channel state dropdown.
  2. Click either Offline or Log Out of Phone System.

Logout is only possible if the current state is Busy.

After a logout, the login mask will be displayed.
