Insallation 3rd Party Components

Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5

Step 1: Open Server Manager and select “Add roles and features”

Step 2: Select the local server, select “Features” and click Next to get to the next screen

Step 3: Select .NET Framework 3.5 Features, click Next and then Install

Microsoft .NET Framework 4.x

On a Windows Server 2012, the Microsoft .NET Framework 4.x is already installed by default. If it is not installed, follow these steps to install Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5 and select .NET Framework 4.x instead.

Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Redistributable Package (x86)

1. Get the appropriate package from Microsoft (e.g. http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=5555).

2. Go to location of the file vcredist_x86.exe and run/install it.

SAP .Net Connector 3.0 for .NET 4.0 on x86

The CRMConnectorOutboundSAP uses the SAP .Net Connector 3.0 for .NET 4.0. This product is owned by SAP and not part of the b+s Connects for SAP solution. The SAP .Net Connector 3.0 for .NET 4.0 must therefore be obtained and installed by the SAP CRM system owner prior to the installation of the b+s Connects for SAP components.

Step 1: Go to file location of the executable NCo3012_Net40_x86.exe and start it. Click Next to get to the next screen.

Step 2: Select Everyone and press Next to get to the next screen

Step 3: Select Install assemblies to GAC and press Next Click Next on all following screens Make sure to allow administrator rights in subsequent screens

Installation

The installation package of the CRMConnectorOutboundSAP is simple self-extracting executable. For this reason, there will be no entries in the Program and Features, Uninstall or Change a Program menu.

Step 1: Go to the file CRMConnectorOutboundSAP_2.2.n.exe and run it as Administrator (right click on file)

Step 2: Use the Browse button to select „C:\Program Files (x86)\“, complete this path with „BucherSuter\CRMConnectorOutboundSAP“ and press “OK”

Step 3: Open Windows Explorer and navigate to the installation location: C:\Program Files (x86)\BucherSuter\CRMConnectorOutboundSAP Right click on the install.cmd script and select Run as administrator This step moves the CRMConnectorOutboundSAP configuration file: CRMConnectorOutboundSAP_SAP1.ini to C:\ProgramData\BucherSuter\ CRMConnectorOutboundSAP and installs CRMConnectorOutboundSAP.exe as a Windows Service
