Deprecated Features​

This section lists deprecated features in b+s Connects for Salesforce – CCE/CCX Editions.

Deprecated features are supported for existing customers. However, there is no further development for deprecated features. Deprecated features are not supported for new deployments!

These features may be scheduled to be removed in a future release. Plan to transition to the designated replacement feature. If you are implementing a new deployment, use the replacement technology rather than the deprecated feature.

Usage of packaged Lightning Message Channel cnx__ConnectsIntegrationApi__c​

Following the deprecation anouncement done in b+s Connects for Salesforce 5.10, Set voice channel to not ready if agent accepts Live Agent chat is no longer supported.

noScreenPop Parameter to disable Screen Pop for Tasks Voice​

Following the deprecation anouncement done in b+s Connects for Salesforce 5.8, ;noScreenPop Parameter to disable Screen Pop for Tasks Voice is no longer supported.

Agent Time in State Toolbar Component​

Following the deprecation anouncement done in b+s Connects for Salesforce 5.5, Agent Time in State Toolbar Component is no longer supported.

Finesse hosted deployments​

Following the deprecation anouncement done in b+s Connects for Salesforce 4.4, Finesse hosted deployments are no longer supported.

Calabrio On-Prem Recording Toolbar​

Following the deprecation announcement in b+s Connects for Salesforce 5.11, the Calabrio On-Prem Recording Toolbar is no longer supported.
