ECE open status reports
To get an overview of all open cases and activities with their respective status, use the following reports:
- 810 ECE Dept. Open Case Status
- 813 ECE Dept. Open Activity Status by Type
- 814 ECE Dept. Open Activity Status by Queue
All of the reports listed above offer drilldowns to get more details on the open cases / activities.
ECE Case and Activity performance
Use the following reports to analyze performance numbers on Case or Activity level, including their respective resolution time:
- 840 ECE Dept. Daily Case Performance
- 843 ECE Dept. Daily Activity Performance by Type
- 844 ECE Dept. Daily Activity Performance by Queue
ECE Handled Activity reports
Use the following reports to see how many Activities have been closed by user or by queue, and handling information on Activity level:
