Device Selection Errors

If the agent tries to login into the voice channel, the agent might get the following error message.
"Operation not allowed on ACD shared line until active terminal selected"

This message occurs if the agent tries to login with an extension that is configured to more than 1 Device while Agent Device Selection is not enabled. To solve this problem, Agent Device Selection has to be enabled for this agent, or the agent needs to use a different extension.
