Deprecation of some transfer count fields

"Blind Transfer Count" and "Consult Transfer Count" fields were moved from source agent to the target legs and make no sense anymore. That's why they were removed in the semantic model. On the source legs, one new field "transferOutCount" was introduced and is now used in the current "Transfer Count" measure.

Deprecation of consult and conference flags and rate

"Consult Count" and "Conference Count” fields were moved from source agent to the target legs and make no sense anymore. That's why they were removed in the semantic model including the rate % measures. The "consultFlag" and "conferenceFlag" fields will be removed with the next CCBI release.
