Deprecation of "All Fields" reports

By optimizing the storage with version 1.4, unused fields were removed from the PBI semantic model. Due to this improvement, the "all fields" reports make no sense anymore and were removed.

Deprecation of Agent State Activity measures

By optimizing the storage with version 1.4, datetime fields were removed from the PBI semantic model. Due to this improvement, the two measures "First Login Timestamp" and "Last Logout Timestamp" were removed from the Agent State Activity group.

Deprecation of InUserTransferNumber in vFACT_DETAILEDCALLHISTORY

The InUserTransferNumber field was removed from the Calling datamart view and replaced with the new field InTransferNumber which also includes user transferred calls.

Deprecation of some Number mapping dimensions

Dimension HUNT GROUP NUMBER and PLACE NUMBER were removed from the model because the names were added from the APIs to the main dimensions.
