The Multi Channel Components provides the necessary applications to route emails and chats. Additionally, helper tools, such as screen sharing, are provided.
Installation Multi Channel Components
CRMConnectorSAP Outbound
To transfer an SAP campaigne directly to the CCE, the CRMConnectorSAP Outbound module must be installed.
