Transcription Viewer Component
Introduction
This document provides information on installing, configuring and managing the Bucher + Suter (b+s) Connects for Salesforce Transcription Viewer Component. b+s Connects for Salesforce Transcription Viewer is the name of the software solution developed by b+s to display transcript utterances received from the Cisco WCCAI service during calls between Agent and Customer.
The b+s Connects for Salesforce Transcription Viewer consumes the Integration API's onTranscriptUtteranceReceived event introduced in b+s Connects for Salesforce v5.5.
Installation
b+s Connects for Salesforce Transcription Viewer is integrated into the b+s Connects for Salesforce package as a Lightning Web Component and can be added to any desired location in the Salesforce Lightning framework (App Pages, Record Pages, Home Pages, Flow Screens, Tabs and as a Utility Bar item).
The Transcription Viewer component cannot be used as a Custom Toolbar.
The Integration API in Lightning must be enabled to allow the Transcription Viewer component to receive the Transcription Utterances Received events (Enable Integration API).

When adding the Component to a Utility bar, make sure to
select the Start Automatically checkbox to receive transcripts while the
Utility item is minimized.
