Transfer Hold Call
If an agent has a call on hold, they no longer need to retrieve the call to transfer it to another agent or to a queue. By activating Transfer Hold Call, the agent can directly execute a warm or blind transfer by using the appropriate buttons on his SAP ICWC.
Configuration:
The following configuration settings in the CRMConnectorSAP’s configuration-file (.ini) must to be set to activate Transfer Hold Call:
