Install b+s Connects for Cisco Contact Center
The following checklist will guide you through all the steps required to perform a fresh installation and configuration of the b+s Connects Agent Gadget and eventually, its plugins and addons.

- Wizard installation with Lightning Setup Flow
- Assign Permission Sets
- Create a Softphone Layout
- Test Installation: Login and Test
The installation and configuration of the b+s Connects Agent Gadget is now completed.
