Team Messages
Configuration
Your Administrator can configure, whether you can see team messages and how many lines of the team message are displayed. Contact your administrator for more information.
Team Message
- The team messages are displayed at top. Above the agent state and custom toolbar sections.
- Click on the arrows to switch between messages.
- If a message is too long to display the whole message. Click on the message to extend it.

The blue bubble indicates, that you have new unread messages. After reloading, the new message indicator resets.
