Uninstall b+s Callback Scheduler Agentforce Action​

  1. De-activate the Flow associated with the Agentforce Action
  2. De-associate the Agentforce Action from the Agent Topics that use it

Uninstall the package​

  • Open Setup > Installed Packages
  • Click on Uninstall next to the b+s Callback Scheduler Agentforce Action package
