After a successful upgrade of Finesse to a version above 12.0, CORS and CSP allowed origins lists are reset.

In order to re-enable CORS and restore the required allowed origins for CORS and CSP, follow the instructions in the Enable CORS on Finesse Server and Enable Content Security Policy on Finesse Server sections of this documentation.
