FIN-15142 - Disable the chat accept button when AutoAccept is enabled

Requirements: Disable the Accept chat button when AutoAccept is enabled in the Service Channel configuration.

Solution Abstract: Enhance the Apex query to retrieve the HasAutoAcceptEnabled. Do not display the accept chat accordingly to that setting.

FIN-15088 - As a Customer, I want to see System Requirements to HTML5 notifications enabler in the documentation

Requirements: Add system change requirements to enable the HTML5 notifications.

Solution Abstract: Enhance the documentation to include the system changes.

FIN-15179 - As a DEV I want to unify the Versions we display and manage

Requirements: Remove the displayed Finesse Hosted version.

Solution Abstract: Replace the Solution / Server versioning differences for a single package version.

Bug Fixes

This section lists priority 1 (Critical) and 2 (Major) issues that have been resolved in b+s Connects for Salesforce – CCE/CCX Edition but that may have been open in previous releases.

FIN-15211 - setServicePresenceStatus does not work with Enhanced Omni-Channel enabled

Symptom: Agent is unable to restore Omni-Channel session in b+s Connects gadget

Conditions: Enhanced Omni Channel enabled, "Don’t automatically log agents in to Omni-Channel on a new window or tab" omni setting set, new browser tab is opened.

Workaround: Use Omni-Channel widget to go online to a valid status

Further Problem Description: Changes introduced in Enhanced Omni-Channel prevent Omni Toolkit API's setServicePresenceStatus method from automatically logging in the User, rendering necessary to use the login() method instead.

FIN-15091 - DatePicker does not load the current time by default + 15min, triggering error when leaving default data

Symptom: Callback Error is displayed showing there is an error with the inserted date.

Conditions: Using default data when clicking the Campaign Callback button.

Workaround: Change the date manually to a future date.

FIN-15170 - Calabrio toolbar shows "insufficient privileges" error page

Symptom: Calabrio toolbar shows "insufficient privileges" error page.

Conditions: User does not have View Setup and Configuration setting in profile.

Workaround: Add the View Setup and Configuration setting in the user's assigned profile.

FIN-15208 - The 'Decline Reasons' feature does not trigger the decline action in Salesforce

Symptom: Decline reasons feature does not send the decline action to Salesforce.

Conditions: Omni Federation configured with decline reasons and declining the task.

Workaround: N/A

Conditions: When selecting date in Personal Callback.
