Definition
This report shows an event protocol for the login, the NotReady stage, the logout as well as the reason of categorisation per agent, medium and login sequence.

LoginDateTime | Date and timestamp of the last login to the system |
DateTime | Date and timestamp of the event (normally the end of the event) |
Event | Event code with the following possible values: 1 = LOGIN 2 = LOGOUT 3 = NOT_READY |
Duration | Duration of the event in seconds: - on LOGIN always 0 - on LOGOUT the whole duration since the last login - on NOT_READY the duration until the end of the interval |
ReasonCode | Number of NotReadyReasonCode (0 if no code used) |
ReasonText | Name of NotReadyReasonCode |
CategoryID | ID of the NotReadyReasonCode category (1 - 20, 0 if no category is mapped) |
CategoryName | Name of the NotReadyReasonCode category (NULL if no category is mapped) |
Productive | 1 if the NotReadyReasonCode category is productive, 0 if non-productive or no category is mapped |
Extension | Telephone set which the agent is logged in to (AgentDialedNumber) |
