Rate Limits
Starting with the release 6.5, the use of b+s Connects for Dynamics with Cisco Webex Contact Centers is deprecated.
Instead, please use the 'Cisco Webex Contact Center' integration from Cisco for new deployments.
Webex Contact Center has API Rate Limits in place which count all requests to a single Integration App.
In order to use Webex Contact Center without any throttling issues, the rate limits have to be adjusted.
For b+s Connects for Microsoft Dynamics, 40 requests per agent per minute might be sent, depending on what exactly the agent is doing.
To calculate a realistic rate limit, this number needs to be multiplied by the maximum number of agents working in parallel.
Rate limit per minute = 40 * maximum number of agents working in parallel
To adjust the rate limit for your Integration App, you will need to create a ticket with Webex Contact Center Support.
