Power BI Features

The feature set of the Power BI Service depends on the customer licensing at Microsoft. This includes the total storage size, the maximum size of a data set, incremental refreshes, the system performance, and the refresh rates in the reports to list some of the most important examples.

Outbound Reporting

Dialer Outbound data is basically included in the task data integration of Webex Contact Center but for now there are no measures and reports available in CCBI for outbound. It's planned to be integrated as soon as the "Outbound predictive campaign" feature is GA.

Intraday Reporting

Intraday reporting with a direct connection to the datamart and a refresh delay of 15 minutes is only available for the Webex Contact Center. Calling data is refreshed according to the dataset refresh schedule.
