Uninstall Connects for Siebel
Uninstalling the Central Components
Step 1: Open Programs and Features overview window of Windows Control Panel
Choose installed program entry "Bucher + Suter Connects for Siebel Central
Components" and press the Remove button.
Step 2: Uninstall screen
Before the uninstallation begins a screen with the installation folder path is displayed. After selecting the "Uninstall" button, the uninstallation will begin. Normally the installation takes only a few seconds.

Step 3: Uninstallation complete
As soon as the files are successfully deleted, the following screen is shown which indicates the end of the uninstallation:

Step 1: Open the programs and features overview window of Windows control panel
Choose installed program entry "Bucher + Suter Connects for Siebel Communication
Toolbar Adapter" and press the Remove button.
Step 2: Choose type of uninstallation
This window will only appear if a previous version of the product is available (an upgrade was performed). At this point, the type of uninstallation has to be selected.

Step 3: Uninstall screen
Before the uninstallation or downgrade process begins a screen with the installation folder path is displayed. If no previous installation is available this is the first screen. After clicking on the "Uninstall" button, the uninstallation or downgrade begins. Normally the uninstallation takes only a few seconds.

During the uninstallation or downgrade it is necessary to stop the Siebel server service of the current Siebel application server because the uninstaller tries to delete files which are currently in use. The following warning appears if the Siebel Server service has not been stopped before the execution of the uninstallation process:
As soon as the upgrade has been completed successfully, the Siebel Server service can be started again:
Step 4: Uninstallation or downgrade complete
As soon as the files are successfully deleted or the previous version files are copied back and the configuration is written, the following screen is shown which indicates the end of the uninstallation or downgrade:
