Change in Connects for Siebel configuration file

Please insert the following key if not exist.

Relevant Configuration in ConnectMcal_default.ini

WriteDumpFile=0
...

Relevant Configuration in DataStore_default.ini

[Config]

WriteDumpFile=0
...

Changes in the Registry

Open the registry folder ‘HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\Windows Error Reporting\LocalDumps\’.

Create new Key wit name form executable file:

ConnectMcal.exe

Open this folder and create new ‘expandable string value’ with name ‘DumpFolder’:

“DumpFolder”
“C:\ProgramData\BucherSuter\logfiles\MCAforSiebel”

Create new ‘DWORD’ with name ‘DumpType’:

“DumpType”
“1”

Following values are available:

1. DumpType

2. Full dump

Create new Key wit name form executable file:

MediaManager.exe

Open this folder and create new ‘expandable string value’ with name ‘DumpFolder’:

“DumpFolder”
“C:\ProgramData\BucherSuter\logfiles\MCAforSiebel”

Create new ‘DWORD’ with name ‘DumpType’:

“DumpType”
“1”

Create new Key wit name form executable file:

DataStore.exe

Open this folder and create new ‘expandable string value’ with name ‘DumpFolder’:
