Compatibility

This chapter describes the versions of the peripheral systems with which b+s Connects for Service Cloud Voice is compatible.

Operating System

The b+s Connects for Service Cloud Voice application runs completely on the Salesforce platform. Consequently, no additional Server is required.

Cisco Contact Center Enterprise (CCE)

Cisco Finesse

  • Cisco Finesse version 12.5
  • Cisco Finesse version 12.6
  • Cisco WCCAI for voice transcriptions requires Cisco Finesse version 12.6 or higher

Cross-Origin Resource Sharing (CORS) and Content Security Policy (CSP) must be enabled according to the Cisco Finesse version in use.

Cisco CC Support

  • Cisco CCE version 12.5
  • Cisco CCE version 12.6
  • Cisco CCE version 15.0
Cisco CCE 15.0

CCE 15.0 supported with limitations

  • For Creation of Voice Call record and Execute Omni-Flow on IVR (CVP) to work, ensure to use the request header Content-Type with capital letters. Lower case letters are ignored by CVP.
  • CVP 15.0 requires patch. Due to a bug in CVP 15, installing the patch version 15.0(1)ES202511 is required for it to work.
  • VPN-less Finesse in CCE / Finesse 15.0 not supported.
