Rate Limits

Webex Contact Center has API Rate Limits in place which count all requests to a single Integration App.

The rate limit needs to be increased. In order to do that, please:

  • create a ticket with Webex Contact Center Support.
  • provide the Client ID of the "Webex App" you created for the b+s Connects integration
  • mention that the increase of the API Rate Limit is needed because you are using b+s Connects
  • define the required limit (calculation see below)

b+s Connects for Service Cloud Voice, 40 requests per agent per minute. To calculate a good starting point for your rate limit, you can use the following formula:

Rate limit per minute = 40 * maximum number of agents working in parallel
