546 PrecisionQueue Daily Finished by Step

Definition

This report shows the completed task volume in Precison Queues on a historical basis per Precision Queue, Precision Queue step and day.

Tasks, which were removed from a PQ Step in case of Dequeued, AbandDequeued, RONA, and Error are the gap to "Arrived".

note

This report does not take into consideration any system time offset (normally UTC) by the CUIC user timezone!

CompletedNumber of tasks which completed in this step (correspond to the sum of Answered + Abandoned for this step)
AnsweredNumber of tasks answered by agents into this step
AbandonedNumber of Call Center calls which were ended by callers into this step (only counted for the Precision Queue where the call was continuously queued the longest time or ended by an agent)
SkipDirectNumber of tasks that skipped this step directly because no agents could be involved.
SkipDelayedNumber of tasks that skipped this step after a certain waitingtime and went to the next step.
