Limitations

The feature set of the Power BI Service depends on the customer licensing at Microsoft. This includes the total storage size, the max. size of a data set, incremental refreshes, the system performance and the refresh rates within reports to list some of the major examples.

There is no time zone functionality available. All data is present in Power BI as stored within database b+s Reporting.

There is no replication for the PBI database configuration available within the product, if a cold standby setup is required.
