Upgrade

central components first

When upgrading, the Central Components (i.e. ConnectMCAL, MediaManager, DataStore and Siebel RoutingAdapter) must be upgraded before the Communication Toolbar Adapter!

b+s Connects for Siebel 2.7 can only be installed:

1. As a new installation on an empty host system
2. As an upgrade on top of b+s Connects for Siebel 2.0 or newer
