Searching Customer Calls

List of recommended reports to search certain customer calls.

To focus on all of the interactions that happened with a certain customer, it is recommended to use report 900 Search Customer Call Detail. This report does not have a mandatory filter, so you can set an optional filter on the field "CustomerANI" and enter the customer's calling number.
