This report shows one data row per case (Chat or Email) with a summary of all important key data for each case. The data may still change until the cases are completed.

IntervalDateTimeDate and time of the 15 minutes interval when the case was created
DateDate when the case was created
IntervalTimeTime of the 15 minutes interval when the case was created
IntervalTimeStringTime of the 15 minutes interval when the case was created as string based on database time (without timezone offset)
DepartmentIDID of the department
DepartmentName of the department
IDCaseID of the case
OriginalSourceType of the first activity of the case (Chat, Email, etc.)
SubjectSubject of the first activity of the case
StatusOfCasesStatus of the case (IsOpen or Closed)
ProgressOfCasesProgress of the case (Unassigned, Assigned, Replied or Completed)
AgeOfCaseAge of the case in days
TimeOfCaseAge of the case in seconds
DescriptionFree text field for the agents to further describe the case
SeveritySeverity of the case with the following possible values: 1 = urgent, 2 = high, 3 = medium, 4 = low
DueDateDue date of the case
OverdueAgeOverdue age in days
OverdueTimeOverdue age in seconds
OwnerIDID of the case owner
OwnerNameName of the case owner
LastReplyUserIDID of the user who has sent the last reply to this case
LastReplyUserNameName of the user who has sent the last reply to this case
SolutionFree text field for the agents to describe the solution of the case
ModifyDateTimeDate and time when the case was last updated
