Definition
This report shows the configured agent assignements to SkillGroups and Precision Queues including the current agent state at the time of executing the report.

| SkillGroupID | ID of skill group (Queue). With Precision Routing the ID of the Precision Queue + 900000. |
| SkillGroupName | Name of skill group (Queue). With Precision Routing the name of the Precision Queue incl. prefix '*PQ.'. |
| MediaID | ID of the medium for which the SkillGroup is used for (e.g. Cisco_Voice, Email, VoiceMail, Chat, Callback, etc.) |
| MediaName | Name of the medium for which the SkillGroup is used for (e.g. Cisco_Voice, Email, VoiceMail, Chat, Callback, etc.) |

| AgentFirstName | First name of agent |
| AgentLastName | Surname of agent |

| AgentState | Agent status for the SkillGroup/Precision Queue with the following possible values: Logged Out Not Ready Available Ringing Talking Hold Wrapup Busy Other (active within another SkillGroup/Precision Queue of the same media) |

| AgentsFirstStep | First step of Precision Queue, where agents are activated |

| Attribute2 | Second attribute of the Precision Queue, that is used to activate agents |
