302 Agent Not Ready Event Detail

Definition

This report shows an event protocol for the login, the NotReady stage, the logout as well as the reason of categorisation per agent, medium and login sequence.

LoginDateTimeDate and timestamp of the last login to the system
DateTimeDate and timestamp of the event (normally the end of the event)
EventEvent code with the following possible values:
1 = LOGIN
2 = LOGOUT
3 = NOT_READY
DurationDuration of the event in seconds:
- on LOGIN always 0
- on LOGOUT the whole duration since the last login
- on NOT_READY the duration until the end of the interval
ReasonCodeNumber of NotReadyReasonCode (0 if no code used)
ReasonTextName of NotReadyReasonCode
CategoryIDID of the NotReadyReasonCode category (1 - 20, 0 if no category is mapped)
CategoryNameName of the NotReadyReasonCode category (NULL if no category is mapped)
Productive1 if the NotReadyReasonCode category is productive, 0 if non-productive or no category is mapped
ExtensionTelephone set which the agent is logged in to (AgentDialedNumber)
