Overview

b+s CCBI for Webex is a cloud-based business intelligence solution based on Microsoft Power BI for Cisco's Webex Contact Center and Webex Calling solution. It's available as a Software as a Service (SaaS) for historical and intraday reporting and is published into the customer's PBI workspace, containing many pre-defined report templates for different roles.

CCBI enables holistic data analysis across the entire contact center, allowing charts, ranging from customer contacts, task activities to agent performance through to business critical KPIs, to be visualized easily and immediately.

CCBI requires the Power BI licensing per reporting user purchased by the customer directly at Microsoft.
